Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the RankArena mobile app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. What RankArena is

RankArena is a preparation app for SSC and Railway examinations. It provides AI-assisted doubt solving, weekly and full-length mock tests, leaderboards, quiz battles, flashcards, a study planner, a community forum, study rooms, cut-off information and job-notification listings.

2. Who can use it

• You must be able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• If you are under 18, verifiable parental consent is required, and the app will ask for it.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure, since sign-in uses an OTP sent to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat in tests, battles or leaderboards, including using automation, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs to inflate scores or rewards.
• Create fake accounts, impersonate another person, or abuse the referral system.
• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload copyrighted question papers, books or other material you have no right to share.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers.
• Collect other users' personal information from the app.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, posts and answers you submit. By posting them you grant RankArena a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content within the app so the feature can work. You are responsible for what you post.

6. Our content

The app, its design, text, generated question banks and the RankArena name and logo belong to RankArena and are protected by law. You may use them only through normal use of the app.

7. RankArena Pro

• Pro costs ₹199 per month and is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews every month until you cancel.
• It is sold through Google Play. Google takes the payment and handles renewals and refunds.
• Cancel any time from the Play Store: Play Store → profile photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RankArena Pro → Cancel subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
• Prices and what Pro includes may change. Changes apply from your next billing period and will be notified in advance.

8. Free features and limits

Free accounts get a daily allowance of AI doubts and a limited number of quiz battles per day. These allowances, and the rewards attached to streaks, referrals and leaderboards, may be adjusted to keep the service sustainable and to prevent abuse.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms — for example cheating, fake accounts, referral abuse or posting prohibited content. Serious or repeated breaches may mean removal from leaderboards and loss of earned rewards. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & My Data.

10. Availability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankArena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any examination outcome. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Privacy

How your personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the updated version will be published here and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Please write to us first — most issues are settled without formal proceedings.
